May the bribing begin!

Some do it with chocolate, others with Skittles, but for us the bribing began with bubbles!! All last week since the weather was really nice, Carter and I would sit out by the pond and blow bubbles. He would just watch and laugh as they would slowly float away and then he would kick his legs when they were too far to be seen in hopes that I would blow some more. We did this over and over and over. Well, this weekend it was rainy and cold so unfortunately we could not play outside. Carter kept walking over to the door and pointing at the pond and his bubbles which is my fault because I left them outside. Well, when it came time to eat lunch he was so concerned because it was raining and the bubbles were still out on the table. He would point and grunt, grunt and point so much that I finally grab the bubbles and started blowing them in our kitchen. He thought there was nothing better than eating and watching bubbles at the same time! So, for Carter, it isn't about the sweet snack that comes after the meal, it is all about sitting in his big plush chair, eating fruits and vegetables and being personally entertained like a king.

These are not the best pictures, but if you look closely you can see the bubbles.

Yes, bubbles are the best. Don't feel too bad, Jamie. I use bubbles as "encouragement" daily! XOXO

The little guys does love his bubbles!! If I could only keep him from wanting to put the wand in his mouth!! I guess alittle soap in the mouth won't hurt??? Will it?? Just kidding, he doesn't really put it in his mouth.
